Direct Support Professional, Community Integration is an onsite, part-time role serving the Escondido-to-Oceanside area of California. What you'll do

• Train, support, and monitor clients in the community
• help develop circles of support
• create adaptive support materials as needed
• expand participation in integrated employment activities
• assist with annual plans and goals
• attend Individualized Program Plan meetings
• provide same-day shift coverage when requested by a supervisor.
