Employer Services Associate

What you'll do

• Work with designated teams and Client Success Managers to support adviser and employer clients
• manage client expectations
• coordinate issue resolution and communicate client feedback
• share data-driven insights with product teams
• lead or attend scheduled client calls
• respond to inbound inquiries
• create tickets and follow up
• handle complaints and troubleshoot problems
• research inquiries and document account interactions
• meet service-level requirements.
