Junior TCTO/EC Technical Writer - ON-SITE ONLY at Baltimore, MD USCG Yard. Coast Guard (USCG), write and provide administrative support for technical orders and engineering change documents related to USCG surface fleet logistics. Maintain engineering change project files as per established procedures and style guides. Draft prototype packages for review and signature.
