What you'll do

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols
• train and supervise RBTs
• conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations
• maintain client and RBT contact and supervision standards
• coach caregivers
• complete session notes and monthly progress reports
• communicate with clients, families, and colleagues
• uphold ethical and inclusive workplace standards.
