What you'll do

• Investigate receiving exceptions involving discrepancies, damage, overages, shortages, and product identification
• verify products against packing lists and shipment documents
• scan 2D barcodes and enter lot and serial data into the ERP system
• maintain GLN and GTIN master data
• organize and store receiving documents
• resolve incomplete manufacturer documentation
• research returns and product movement
• determine whether shipments can be received or returned
• communicate with vendors and internal teams
• oversee quarantined products
• complete vendor onboarding
• follow SOPs and maintain exception documentation.
