What you'll do

• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and recreational activities
• maintain resident rooms and make beds
• keep internal charts current
• follow care plans and communicate updates
• observe and report physical or emotional changes to the Shift Supervisor
• respond to resident calls
• assist with emergencies according to the facility plan and provide first aid as directed
• document shift handover information
• attend required meetings and training.

Why this role
