Low Voltage Superintendent

The Low Voltage Superintendent is an onsite role based in Marinette, WI. This role exists to oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems, including structured cabling and security systems. The Superintendent manages project teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.

What you'll do

• Supervises the installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and/or multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting or beating estimated job costs.
• Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (to include, but not limited to, copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio, etc.).
• Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades.
• Possesses experience with complex and/or technical installations.
• Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
