• Provide clinical leadership for hospice nursing services
• ensure compliance with hospice regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation
• supervise and support clinical staff
• oversee care plans and interdisciplinary meetings
• maintain quality assurance and performance improvement programs
• ensure timely documentation
• support survey readiness and audits
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and clinical training.

Why this role
