What you'll do

• Service and repair heating and air-conditioning systems and components
• use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide system and True Cost Calculator on each call
• assess repair-versus-replacement options and explain work to customers
• test systems after service or repair
• inspect systems to help prevent future breakdowns
• complete paperwork and written recommendations
• explain club membership agreements
• provide customer leads when system additions or replacements may be needed.
