What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs/Behavior Technicians
• monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
• provide caregiver training and support
• maintain accurate clinical documentation.
