What you'll do

• Provide direct assistance with self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills
• support learning and task completion
• help participants access community resources
• provide participant-specific personal care and medication self-administration support
• implement behavior support plans
• assist with community social, recreational, and leisure activities
• provide transportation as needed
• complete required documentation
• maintain supplies and work areas
• follow participant-directed plans, confidentiality requirements, and agency policies.
