Wellness Nurse

What you'll do

• Monitor resident health status and changes
• provide physical care and administer prescribed medications and treatments within license scope
• receive and execute physician orders
• implement and evaluate care plans
• document care, medications, incidents, and condition changes in electronic health records
• communicate resident needs and shift reports
• direct and coach caregivers
• support memory-care practices, including behavioral interventions, redirection, and validation
• respond to resident and family concerns
• maintain resident safety and confidentiality.

Why this role
