What you'll do

• Provide a positive patient experience during phone conversations, office visits, and responses to concerns
• operate a multi-line phone system and standard office equipment
• cross-train and support other clinical areas when necessary
• maintain knowledge of healthcare insurance and billing
• document appointment-related tasks accurately and promptly in practice management, electronic medical record, and other systems
• enter demographics, insurance information, and charge slips.
