What you'll do

• Supervise daily Dietary Department operations
• ensure meals meet residents’ dietary needs and physician orders
• oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance
• maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
• monitor food quality and resident satisfaction
• assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
• collaborate with the registered dietitian and interdisciplinary team
• participate in surveys and inspections.
