B- and C-Level Automotive Technician

Job overview

The B- and C-Level Automotive Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $20–$25 per hour plus a commission or incentive opportunity after probation. Martins Auto Repair services approximately 50–75 vehicles per week and offers exposure to domestic, European, and other import vehicles. The technician performs general maintenance, inspections, and repairs while developing diagnostic and repair skills. The role supports efficient shop workflow by producing accurate work, documenting vehicle inspections, and coordinating with service advisors.

What you'll do

• Perform general automotive maintenance, service, and repair based on skill level
• complete scheduled maintenance and comprehensive inspections
• identify mechanical and safety concerns
• perform brake, suspension, steering, and fluid services
• complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric
• assist with diagnostics and repairs
• maintain quality workmanship and an organized work area
• coordinate with service advisors.
