What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and tickets
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and time/temperature procedures
• clean and sanitize the kitchen
• wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment
• remove kitchen and bar trash as needed
• assist with front-of-house duties during downtime.
