Mitigation Technician

The Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Saint George, UT. Pay is $17–$25 per hour. The technician supports Paul Davis Restoration’s work helping homeowners restore their homes after water, fire, or mold damage. Working under supervision, the technician performs restoration and cleanup tasks, helps prepare equipment and materials, and provides customer service during projects. The role contributes to damage mitigation and restoration while maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment; participation in an on-call schedule is required.

What you'll do

• Perform restoration and cleanup services under supervision, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition
• provide customer service
• maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work vehicle and equipment
• help set up equipment and temporary structures and prepare materials for removal
• clean and care for tools and equipment
• participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone
• support warehouse and facility tasks when required.
