What you'll do

• Assume responsibility and accountability for delegating and coordinating patient care during a shift.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and work cooperatively with the healthcare team to ensure care is delivered through the nursing process.
• Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, a current Texas RN license, BLS within 14 days of hire or transfer and before direct care, ACLS and PALS within 90 days, and at least two years of acute care experience.
