The role provides leadership with visibility into home-by-home profitability while supporting financial controls, compliance, cash management, and business planning.

What you'll do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and financial reporting
• oversee job costing, work-in-progress schedules, and revenue recognition
• lead and develop the accounting team
• maintain internal controls and compliance
• coordinate audit, tax, and lender support
• oversee cash management and treasury
• own accounting systems and improve processes and reporting
• support budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
