What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, walking, and exercise
• turn and reposition bedridden residents
• follow dietary restrictions and record food and liquid intake
• observe and report wounds, bruises, behavior, and mood changes
• gather supplies, clean rooms and linens, and record vital signs under licensed-nurse supervision
• answer call lights
• assist with transportation to appointments when needed.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and state CNA license or certification. A current CPR certificate, or certification within 90 days of employment, is preferred; some facilities may require it.
