What you'll do

• Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance matters
• conduct legal research and analysis
• manage a caseload
• draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• advise clients
• review policies and claim materials
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
