The Lead Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Engineer is an onsite role based in Huntsville, AL, with a salary range of $137,500 - $209,750 per year. This position leads the architecture and development of HWIL systems for missile subsystem validation. The role exists to own the full lifecycle of HWIL system development, from requirements definition to customer deployment. By leading a multidisciplinary team, the engineer ensures that GNC algorithms and avionics are thoroughly tested and validated for mission success.
