What you'll do
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
- provide individual psychotherapy and mental health counseling
- deliver crisis intervention for patients experiencing acute distress
- facilitate family therapy when appropriate
- monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- maintain accurate, timely, confidential clinical documentation
- collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- stay current with psychological research and clinical practices.
