The Security Supervisor – Data Center is an onsite role based in Manassas, VA. The pay rate is $26.85 per hour. This role supports the security operations at a data center facility. This role exists to supervise security personnel, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain high standards of security and customer service. The supervisor is responsible for training, coaching, and managing the performance of the security team.

What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel.
• Ensure post orders are followed and reports are filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel.
• Train staff.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Inspect posts and meet with client representatives.
