What you'll do

• Review policies and forms to determine coverage and exposure
• gather loss details and investigate causes of loss
• guide policyholders, contractors, and others through virtual inspections
• prepare repair and rebuild estimates using Xactimate
• communicate claim status
• submit accurate, timely reports
• manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
