What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures
• assist with activities of daily living
• monitor residents and report changes in condition
• develop and review individualized care plans
• document care
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• and participate in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed. A current active RN license is required
• one year of clinical nursing experience is required, with long-term care experience preferred.
