It also advances developer experience, AI governance, reliability, observability, and operational efficiency across the software platform.

What you'll do

• Build application patterns for deployment to Amazon EKS
• support secure AI adoption and establish AI guardrails, observability, and governance
• develop low-friction golden-path tooling
• lead the developer experience roadmap
• engineer resilient traffic paths and improve recovery through testing and automation
• implement application monitoring and alerting
• create documentation and diagnostics
• optimize performance and cost
• steward code lifecycle and adoption
• mentor engineers
• and automate code deployment, hygiene, and testing practices.
