Program Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise program staff and monitor service delivery and grant objectives
• coordinate day-to-day operations, intake, service plans, and client services
• conduct weekly case conferences and monthly case-file audits
• monitor compliance and maintain procedure documentation
• assist the Director with policies, procedures, forms, training, and mentoring
• coordinate outreach and collaboration with community partners
• maintain service records and report progress.
