The Project Manager role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with domestic and international travel required. The stated base pay range is $110,000–$160,000 annually. The role supports Vogt Power’s heat recovery steam generator contracts for the power generation industry. The project manager directs contracts to design, fabricate, and erect heat recovery steam generators, managing customer relationships, project risks, budgets, schedules, quality, suppliers, logistics, and field activities through commissioning and closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage capital contracts and change orders
• serve as primary customer liaison
• develop and oversee the project quality plan
• identify and manage risks
• manage project budget, forecasts, and cash flow reports
• prepare status reports
• coordinate project schedules
• develop supplier terms and requisitions
• evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
• coordinate shipping and resolve shipping issues
• support product optimization studies
• coordinate field activities through commissioning and punch-list completion
• resolve nonconformance reports and site requests for information.
