The Concrete Crew Lead role is onsite in Vancouver, WA. Pay is $35.30–$41.35 per hour. AA Asphalting provides asphalt and concrete restoration services across Washington and Oregon.

What you'll do

• Assign, prepare, train, and support crew members
• inspect vehicles, trailers, and equipment
• set up jobsites
• load and secure equipment
• perform general labor as needed
• assume crew responsibility when the foreman is unavailable
• maintain safety practices and equipment
• and complete related electronic paperwork. The role requires weekend availability, occasional nights, and travel to worksites.
