What you'll do

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, reservations, and hotel inquiries
• handle cash and bank procedures
• answer phones and resolve guest problems. Provide directions and other guest assistance, including luggage help and wake-up calls. Seat guests and assist with food orders, beverage preparation, and service
• follow recipe and presentation standards
• use the POS system
• clear tables and maintain clean, stocked areas. Know emergency procedures and operate safe deposit boxes. May transport guests using the hotel shuttle.
