What you'll do

• Travel between assigned properties to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, respond to routine and emergency service calls, identify deficiencies, and document completed work.
• Maintain tools and parts in the service vehicle, communicate with property contacts and the service team, follow safety and refrigerant-handling requirements, and participate in an on-call rotation when required.
