What you'll do

• Coordinate job-site activities
• communicate with dispatchers, train crews, railroad staff, and contractors
• lead pre-work safety briefings
• follow and enforce railroad, state, and federal rules
• ensure contractors meet training requirements
• address rule violations
• complete daily reports
• and maintain on-track safety under federal regulations.
