What you'll do

• Triage hotline calls and gather information for dispatch
• dispatch mobile crisis teams on first shift
• provide clinical and operational supervision to Mobile Crisis Specialists and Certified Peer Specialists
• oversee crisis assessments, de-escalation, care planning, and community referrals
• review documentation and billing
• train staff
• monitor quality and regulatory compliance
• coordinate program logistics and community outreach.
