On-Site Service Representative

Job overview

The On-Site Service Representative role is onsite in Hanover, MD, with full-time work and pay of $20 per hour. E & R Industrial Sales supports customers’ maintenance, repair, and operations inventory needs. The representative manages inventory and product availability at a customer facility, ensuring replenishment and orders are handled accurately and promptly. The role also supports customer service, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement in service processes.

What you'll do

• Manage customer-site inventory, including min/max levels, replenishment, accuracy, optimization, and reporting
• support product forecasting, identification, research, issuance, and optimization
• manage quoting, order generation, receiving, put-away, audits, records, returns, and analysis
• receive and stock products
• maintain accurate labels and quantities
• resolve customer problems
• identify process and cycle-time improvements
• follow customer-site safety and inspection requirements.
