Contracts Administrator

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and subcontractor agreements using approved templates
• identify and escalate non-standard or higher-risk terms
• coordinate reviews and approvals
• route agreements for electronic signature
• maintain contract records and track deadlines
• monitor contractual obligations and compliance documentation
• coordinate contract terms with Accounting and ERP records
• prepare reports and improve contract workflows and resources.
