What you'll do

• Build and maintain integration plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
• coordinate with Safety, Security, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and field teams
• align corporate plans with site readiness
• identify risks and mitigation approaches
• support budgeting and reporting
• track progress and escalate risks to the COO.
