The Process at Lotus Bakeries is responsible for preparing high-quality product in accordance with Lotus Bakeries standards. Operate and monitor rotary moulder settings to ensure all product meets required specification. Supervise the settings in order to according to meet the desired quality parameters and output. Coordinate with packaging: start/stop, change over, etc.
