What you'll do

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
• develop individualized care plans
• prioritize and coordinate care for multiple patients
• provide follow-up instructions and manage referrals
• collaborate with physicians, departments, and care teams
• and maintain patient safety. Schedule options include days, mids, and nights with rotating weekends.

Why this role
