What you'll do

• Direct, train, coordinate, and oversee engineering operations
• manage service-line financials
• develop goals, strategies, training, and best-practice methods
• provide technical guidance
• prepare drawing packages for bidding, construction, as-built, and submittal purposes
• support project scopes, budgets, schedules, and business development
• establish engineering policies and ensure QA/QC adherence
• and travel up to 15% annually.
