Part-Time Community Liaison / Account Manager — In-Home Senior Care

The Part-Time Community Liaison / Account Manager works in the field in Scottsdale, AZ, and the East Valley, with approximately 15–20 hours per week on a flexible weekday daytime schedule. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, plus a bonus for each new client who starts and stays for 30 days and commission on scheduled client hours. Sonoran Family Concierge is a non-medical in-home care agency serving communities in the Phoenix area. The liaison builds and maintains referral relationships with healthcare and senior-care professionals, manages partner accounts, and responds to referrals for handoff to the owner. The role helps connect families with in-home care and brings field feedback to the agency to support service improvements.

What you'll do

• Visit and build ongoing relationships with referral partners across the Valley
• manage partner accounts through regular touchpoints, in-services, and follow-up
• represent the agency at networking events, community breakfasts, and senior expos
• respond to referrals and hand them off to the owner for assessment
• track activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• share weekly updates and field feedback.
