The Specimen Collector II role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a stated salary range of $18–$21 per hour. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with regular travel and possible occasional overnight coverage. Millennium Health is a specialty laboratory providing medication monitoring and drug testing services to support clinical decision-making. The collector obtains and processes patient specimens and serves as a link between clinics and the laboratory. The role supports accurate testing workflows through careful documentation, supply management, and resolution of specimen or ordering information concerns.

What you'll do

• Collect urine and/or oral-fluid specimens
• process and package collections for shipping
• serve as an intermediary between practices or clinics and the laboratory
• record patient, physician-order, and laboratory information
• resolve specimen concerns involving billing or patient information in the ordering portal
• maintain collection supplies
• observe collections when applicable
• travel between facilities as required.
