What you'll do

• Develop scopes of work using industry software and resources
• prepare estimates for insurance, retail, and commercial projects
• gather supporting documentation and data
• liaise with sales teams, insurance carriers, and retail customers to secure agreed scopes
• coordinate with public adjusters on approvals
• submit estimates within the stated timelines
• maintain notes, documentation, and job statuses in CRM systems and customer portals
• prepare financial worksheets and invoices
• follow up on payments
• stay current with building codes and industry regulations
• use company-provided tools for Stronghouse work.
