What you'll do

• Mechanically assemble components and assemblies for ultrasonic punching and welding machines
• machine parts using mills, lathes, saws, and welders
• perform pneumatic plumbing to print
• adjust feed units, punches, and sliders
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• operate, align, fit, and assemble components
• test assembly performance
• repair, rework, and calibrate assemblies
• verify dimensions and clearances
• inspect parts and document test results
• read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders
• travel 20–40% to customer facilities for machine concerns, repairs, and startup.
