Litigation Attorney

The Litigation Attorney role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is $180,000–$225,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage civil, commercial, and real estate litigation
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, settlement agreements, and correspondence
• conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• handle depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances
• review contracts, leases, claims, and notices
• advise leadership on legal risk
• coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams
• maintain case files and deadlines.
