Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, the assistant manager leads day-to-day clinic work, oversees staff, and coordinates clinical flow while providing RN-level care. The role supports quality care by managing staffing and performance, addressing participant needs, and coordinating transitions of care.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and performance management to RN, LVN, and MA staff
• oversee clinic operations for chronic and acute participant needs
• coordinate transitions of care with the Complex Care team
• develop workforce plans and ensure appropriate staffing
• participate in direct participant care within RN scope
• hire, train, supervise, and mentor direct reports
• adapt assignments as business needs evolve.
