What you'll do

• Maintain hotel building, grounds, and physical plant, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and laundry operations.
• Support preventive maintenance, maintenance budgets, capital expenditure projects, and energy conservation.
• Maintain regulatory requirements and complete assigned duties and projects.
• Check and address maintenance needs across parking areas, walkways, landscaping, service and trash areas, and building exteriors.
• Report or correct hazardous conditions promptly.
