What you'll do

• Lead underground fiber construction work
• manage trenching, boring, drops, and handhole placement
• operate required machinery safely
• create daily production reports and material usage sheets
• track work hours
• maintain accurate as-built maps
• coordinate vehicle and machine maintenance with fleet management
• provide field feedback and communicate decisions promptly.
