The BFM manages program financial information and supports budgeting, funding requests, acquisition documentation, and portfolio monitoring. The role also maintains program records and deliverable tracking while providing administrative support to help program leaders meet agency requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain program portfolio and budget information
• respond to internal and external inquiries
• support program strategy
• develop budgets and coordinate with contracting agents
• monitor commitments, obligations, and expenditures
• organize program files and track deliverables
• assist with acquisition documentation
• provide calendar, travel, visitor, file, and presentation support.
