What you'll do

• Prepare and organize trial exhibits and coordinate witnesses
• conduct legal research
• assist with client meetings and filing motions
• interview clients to gather information
• draft subpoenas and coordinate process servers
• organize case filing systems
• prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and affidavits under attorney supervision
• work with clients to address legal needs
• draft pleadings according to the calendar.
